Symphony is a cocktail bar from the Avidan group, the three brothers from Givatayim who opened their first bar in Tel Aviv in 2007 and, by the group's site, now own 11 bars and restaurants, among them Concierge, Municipal, Reception and Collective. Its site paints the room: bright blue sofas against rough white walls, chandeliers in red and black with gold drawings, objects from the world of music, and lit oval mirrors that reflect a bar in gold and turquoise. The house cocktail is the Jungle Symphony, of rum, coconut and exotic fruit, and beside it the site recommends the Chili Concerto, built on tequila. The kitchen runs from beef sirloin carpaccio to the group's polenta chips. It opens every evening at 18:00.
