Hummus Noga is a hummus restaurant in the Yosef compound on Route 99, in Kiryat Shmona's northern industrial zone, open from Sunday to Friday. Its site says its dishes are made of 100% ground hummus with no preservatives or raising agents, and that beside fresh hummus it serves dishes in a pita and on a plate, fried dishes, fresh salads, homemade desserts and good coffee. The menu runs from hummus with chickpeas, ful, tahini or masabacha and a workers' breakfast to falafel, sabich, chicken livers, chorizo and handmade schnitzel, with Carlsberg and Tuborg on draught, a dairy or vegan malabi and black coffee with cardamom on the house. It packs the whole menu for pickup, sells hummus by the half kilo and offers a menu priced per person for groups. The site describes the dining room as colourful and cheerful, suited to families, friends and small groups.
