The factory shop stands beside the food factory of Kvutzat Yavne, a religious cooperative kibbutz near Ashdod, which has made food since its early years: fried potato slices and canned meat for the British Army at first, canned vegetables, tomato paste, juices and compotes in the 1950s, and pickled cucumbers and olives since 1966. In 2017 production moved to a new factory on 30 dunams with five packing and pitting lines, which its site says was the first food factory in Israel to earn the LEED gold medal for green building. The shop sells the brand's olives, pickles and preserves, its extra virgin olive oil and foods the factory imports, such as Greek salads, sauces and vine leaves, along with a surplus corner at lower prices, organic products, a nature corner, cosmetics, wines and drinks, and boutique goods from Israeli makers such as Meshek Lin, Arugot, Shaked Tavor and HaGibor beer. It puts together gift packs of wine and food for the holidays, and its site says every product in it carries a kosher certificate.
