A boutique hotel of six suites on a ten-dunam estate in Moshav Liman, with two pools, a spa and a chef's kitchen for its guests
Maskit is a boutique hotel on ten dunams of garden among orchards in Moshav Liman in the western Galilee, a few minutes from the Achziv beaches, and it takes no more than 24 guests. Its six suites of about 40 square metres each open onto a private yard and are named after women of 1920s Europe, in rooms that mix modern joinery with antique pieces. There are two pools, an outdoor one in a Mediterranean garden and a round indoor one heated to 34 degrees all year, a spa with massages and a dry sauna, and a lounge. House chef Daniel Lazar cooks a new seasonal menu each month from Galilee produce for the guests, with breakfasts, private chef's dinners by arrangement and boutique wines made for Maskit at a winery in the Golan. The estate also hosts small private events: milestone birthdays, retreats and company days.
