Its kitchen works from a smokehouse: pulled lamb, beef and chicken in sourdough ciabatta with aioli and onion jam, house sausages with home-made sauerkraut, half chickens, and platters of smoked picanha, sirloin, Denver, asado and brisket, with smoked corn or potatoes on the side. It also sells Israeli craft beer from the Gibor brewery.
