MAM'O is a coffee cart at Moshav Mahseya, five minutes' drive from Beit Shemesh by its own account, with a second cart in Yuval Park in Tzur Hadassah. Its founder, Ziv Raz, writes on the site that he left a senior post in a high-tech company to build it with his own hands, from the tree nursery around it to the cart itself, and worked out the menu with a chef. The site says everything is made on the spot: coffee, pastries, sandwiches and desserts, pizzas and focaccia, with gluten-free choices on the menu, and seats are taken as they come free. It is kosher lemehadrin under the Mateh Yehuda rabbinate and closed on Shabbat, there is plenty of parking, and the site says wine evenings are being added.
