A family estate winery on a fourth-generation farm in Moshav Matzliah, whose vineyard was planted in 2020
M28 is the wine of Meshek 28, a family farm in Moshav Matzliah in the Shephelah that has been worked for four generations, with a vineyard, olives, citrus and other fruit trees, and seasonal boutique products of its own. The vineyard was planted in 2020; the family grows the grapes itself, picks them by hand at dawn and presses them at the edge of the vineyard, and works in the winery slowly, with traditional and sustainable methods. Its online shop lists wines such as Ayelet HaSadeh, Ketem Paz and Odem Pitda, a Gewurztraminer, coffee blends and a Cabernet Sauvignon vinegar. The winery has no visitor centre at this stage, and arrangements are made by phone or email.
