Italkia BaSivuv is an Italian chef's food truck at the Black Arrow (HaHetz HaShahor) memorial site on the Mefalsim bend, about a kilometre from Kibbutz Mefalsim. The BaSivuv chain opened its first coffee cart here in 2020, and it was looted and destroyed in the attack of 7 October 2023; the cart moved to the Founders' Site in Kibbutz Ruhama in December 2024, and in May 2026 the chain came back to the Black Arrow with this truck. Its card names it the chain's kosher branch, open from Sunday to Thursday 09:00 to 19:00 and on Friday 07:00 to 16:00. The chain, run by Hagai Horowitz of Kibbutz Kfar Aza, also produces culinary events and kosher dairy catering.
