Berta is an Italian chef's kitchen in a food truck in Moshav Megadim, where chef Yossi Shitrit's family lives. The regional tourism association's page says he came back after more than 20 years in Tel Aviv, where he was a partner of chef David Elmakayes in David and Yosef on Montefiore Street. The truck serves Italian food, including pizza and pasta, and it has plenty of parking, a garden for children and, from time to time, a food fair. It opens in the late afternoon from Sunday to Thursday, until 23:00 on Thursday, and from noon on Friday until Shabbat begins.
