Ranch House is the meat restaurant of Isrotel's Nevo Hotel at Ein Bokek, beside the hotel lobby, designed in the spirit of American restaurants. Its menu is built on beef that arrives chilled from Nebraska and is aged in the restaurant's own meat fridge: tenderloin, entrecôte, sirloin and prime rib on the bone are sold by weight, beside lamb ribs, salmon, a 300 gram burger, salads, side dishes and desserts, with a wine list. The restaurant is kosher and open to the public from Sunday to Thursday, 18:30 to 22:00. Guests of the hotel on half board can swap their dinner for a meal here for an extra 130 shekels an adult and 105 a child, not including drinks.
