Pizza La Valle began in Pardesiya in 2018 as a delivery-only restaurant and opened its doors to diners in 2023; by its site's account the staff are mostly family. The pizzas are baked in an Italian stone oven in an open kitchen, thin and crisp with puffed edges, and the kitchen makes many of its own oils, doughs and sauces, works with ingredients mostly imported from Italy, from the tomatoes and basil to the mozzarella and olive oil, and brings out a new creation every week, some on coloured doughs. Its Wolt menu runs from a margherita to pizzas such as the zitina with truffle cream and kalamata olives, the kafrit on a green dough with sweet potato and goat cheese, and a polenta pizza with asparagus, beside pastas, salads, arancini, burrata and tiramisu. Its site gives its hours as from early morning until late at night every day of the week, Saturday included.
