The schnitzel is made entirely from chicken-breast fillet, and the seasonings are, in its words, the chain's closely kept secret: chilli, garlic and herb schnitzels among them. The Basel Street branch, in the heart of Kiryat Arye's commercial centre, also serves grilled chicken breast, pargiyot roasted in a marinade and fresh salads made on the premises, in a baguette, a pitta or on a plate, and sends deliveries around Petah Tikva. The chain is kosher under the Chief Rabbinate, its site says, and the branch opens from Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 to 20:00.
