Balcon is a café and restaurant in Neighbourhood 24 in Rahat, by its listing in the Bezeq B144 directory. ynet's Lin Levi wrote in November 2018 that the modern café was worth the detour from the main road for a long menu at low prices: breakfast at 35 shekels for one or 65 for two, toast or an omelette with salad for children at 18, pizza from the taboon at 35, a mixed grill at 65, grilled fish at 70 to 75, salads under 40 and potato or cheese borekas at 8. She placed AFC, a local fried-chicken restaurant, right next door.
