Kfar Maccabiah Hotel stands in the Maccabiah Village, a complex built in 1957 for the fifth Maccabiah Games as a home for Jewish athletes from around the world, which has grown since into a centre for sport, conferences and hospitality. Guests share the village's 56 dunams of green space with its sports club: a large outdoor pool heated to 28 degrees in winter, water slides, a gym, tennis, padel and basketball courts and play areas for children, as well as a spa, the Jewish sports museum and the Emma coffee cart. Rooms run from classic and business rooms to family units with one or two bedrooms, and a presidential suite. The hotel's dining is dairy, a chef restaurant and a dining room, kosher under the Ramat Gan rabbinate; dinner is served on Fridays when booked ahead, and on other evenings the lobby restaurant and the sports club cafeteria serve. Its conference centre has halls for events of up to about 900 people.
