28 Tuval Street, Ramat Gan

A home-cooking lunch restaurant in the office streets behind the Diamond Exchange, cooking in an open kitchen since 2011

Menza has cooked home food on Tuval Street since 2011, and its site says the team gets up early every morning to cook in an open kitchen in full view, with patience and care. It is open five days a week from 11:00 to 16:00, for eating in, for pickup and for delivery ordered through its site, and it takes separate orders for Friday and festival meals, delivered across the Gush Dan area. Its site lists what it loves, vegan dishes, cooking without gluten or sugar, long cooking and seeds ground just before they go in the pot, and what it avoids: no frying, as little gluten and sugar as possible, and no soup powders. It also cooks for private events and company meals, and its site carries recipes from its kitchen, among them chili con carne and a Persian ghormeh sabzi.
