A café, patisserie and deli in the Ramat Yishai industrial zone, run by two childhood friends who began by baking desserts for Tel Aviv restaurants

Nadav Kinuhim is a café, patisserie and deli on HaTsaftsefa Street in the Ramat Yishai industrial zone. Its site tells how Nadav Chen began baking in a patisserie in Australia after the army, then handed out samples of small individual desserts to Tel Aviv restaurants, which at the time knew only large ones; his childhood friend Ohad Mor joined him a few months later, and in 2002 they moved the business north. The patisserie makes cakes, pies, yeast cakes, quiches, breads, cheeses and gift boxes every day, and the café serves breakfast until 15:00, fresh pastas, lasagne, quiches, salads and desserts, with the kitchen open until 22:00. The Ramat Yishai religious council lists both its restaurant and its patisserie as kosher.
