Limousine's story starts in the early 1990s, when the cowboys Rami Ginat and Amir Talmor set up a farm to raise beef cattle on the hills above the Jezreel Valley. In 1998 they opened the Limousine butcher's shop in Ramat Yishai, which has specialised ever since in ageing locally raised beef in natural conditions and in the open air. In 2002 they opened a meat restaurant beside the butcher's, on Horesh HaAlonim Street in the industrial zone, meaning to pair strict attention to quality with a warm, family atmosphere. Its booking page lists it open from noon to 22:00, Monday to Saturday, and closed on Sunday, with parking on site.
