Ramota is a coffee cart on a green lawn in the middle of Ramot HaShavim, beside a grove of huge ficus trees whose crowns meet overhead and keep the ground in shade. The regional council's tourism site named its owner as Erez Nimri, a young man from the moshav, and noted a toddlers' play corner and a sports court beside it, a rain cover and heaters in winter, and the moshav's Lift museum, a display on its early days, across the road. Its Coffee Trail page lists acai bowls, muesli, salads, a country sandwich, macarons and pecan pie, with sandwiches such as brie with apricot jam, pecans and rocket in a French baguette, vegan and gluten-free choices, and sales held on some Fridays.
