Yaeli Bakery is the café of the pastry chef Yael, who grew up in a Hungarian home where cooking and baking mattered, worked alongside a well-known pastry chef in the north, and studied at the Holiday Inn school in Tiberias, finishing with distinction. By its listing on the Western Galilee tourism association's site, she has worked in a hotel pastry kitchen, an event hall, abroad and private patisseries, opened her own confectionery, Konditoria Yaeli, in 2006, and in 2021 opened this confectionery and café under her name in the new piazza of the Big Regba centre. The listing describes a European-style café with a homely feel, and says she bakes by hand, without machines, preservatives or food colouring, from carefully chosen ingredients.
