The Rosh Pinna branch of the Joya Italian chain, a kosher dairy restaurant on Derech HaGalil with a terrace and a taboon in its open kitchen

Joya Rosh Pinna is the kosher branch of the Joya chain of Italian restaurants, on Derech HaGalil. Its branch page says the terrace is meant to recall Puglia in the south of Italy, with its open spaces, fields and rocky hills, and that the Italian architect Marco Sabra designed the room. Chef Beni Ashkenazi's menu runs from focaccia and pizzas from the taboon, which sits at the centre of the open kitchen, to handmade pastas, risotto and fish. A private room with sound and video equipment takes events and group meals of up to 40, and the restaurant opens again on Saturday night half an hour after Shabbat ends.
