A Bedouin hospitality tent in Rumat al-Heib, a Bedouin village at the western foot of Mount Tur'an on the edge of the Beit Netofa valley

Grandmother's Tent is a Bedouin hospitality tent in Rumat al-Heib, a Bedouin village of about 2,600 people at the western foot of Mount Tur'an, beside the Beit Netofa valley in the Lower Galilee. The restaurant directories Rest and B144 list it under Bedouin hospitality, and Rest gives its phone number as 052-3065168. The Al-Batuf Regional Council's page on the village says it was founded in the early 1920s by the Arab al-Heib tribe, and that the ruins of Horvat Ruma there draw visitors from the centre and south of the country; on OpenStreetMap the ruins lie about 800 metres west of the tent, with a marker of the Sanhedrin Trail beside them. The location set on its Facebook page is in the north of the village, about 250 metres from the northern entrance bus stop, where lines 27, 122, 123 and 288 call.
