Le Respect is a boutique French bistro at 1 HaShikma Street, in the heart of Savyon, which by its booking page brings together the best Paris has to offer: fine wines, cheeses and meats, baguette and spreads. Its menu, headed "café and events", opens with tapas on crisp toasts, among them smoked salmon with cream cheese, herring in schmaltz, ikra and mackerel fillet, and a vegan Moroccan cigar. Then come pastas, a Caprese salad, a soup of the day in winter, and pizzas and focaccias from the oven, one of them a gluten-free margherita, with Basque cheesecake and apple pie to finish.
