Bayit BaTeva is a guest house of five houses set well apart among 12 dunams of fruit trees and plants in Moshav Sde Eliezer in the Upper Galilee, run by Tali and Yizhar. Each house has its own jacuzzi, on a balcony or down in the orchard, and seating corners are scattered through the grounds. Goats, chickens and ducks roam freely, with the family's cocker spaniel and ginger cat, and guests' pets are welcome too. A night for a couple costs 750 shekels midweek and 850 at weekends, and breakfast can be ordered to the house from cooks in the moshav, including vegan and vegetarian meals. Its site points guests to the Agamon HaHula, Rosh Pina and the Jordan, all close by.
