Galileto is a gelato shop in Kibbutz Sde Nehemia, at the northern end of the Hula Valley, and its name joins the words Galilee and gelato. By its own account it makes all its ice cream on the premises from natural ingredients, without food colouring, and balances the sugar so that its gelato has less sugar than most ice cream on the market. Many of its flavours are made without gluten: some are based on cream and milk, others on water, sorbets that suit vegans and people sensitive to lactose or gluten.
