The 12th Point is a sustainable lodging farm in Moshav Sde Tzvi, five minutes from Beit Kama junction and close to the Ruhama Badlands reserve, founded by the artist Doron Efrat and fellow artists as a cultural bubble run on the Japanese idea of wabi-sabi. Its three cabins are built of iron, glass and wood, each with a yard, a herb garden and an outdoor bath, among an orchard, a vineyard and a vegetable garden; the Gallery, a 120 square metre loft built first as an art space, sleeps groups of up to 20 khan-style and hosts workshops, retreats and small events. Shaul, a chef and artist trained at the Bishulim school, cooks a vegetarian or vegan kitchen from the garden, with breakfast and dinners for two to 50 booked ahead. There are no televisions, and dogs are not allowed.

Around the farm stand three cabins for families and couples. Our zimmers are intimate, special guest houses built by an artist's hand, with a wild use of iron, glass and wood.
Wabis' cabin

A wide studio for a couple or more, with a window seat, a library, a living room that turns into a children's sleeping corner, and a private yard with seating, a fire pit and an outdoor bath whose water can be set warm or cool for the season.
Bluma cabin

A roomy studio for a couple or a small family, with a high gallery bed for older children, a yard around it, a paddling pool and a fire outside.

A compact, romantic studio for a couple or a small family, with stairs up to a high gallery bed, big windows, a yard around it, a paddling pool, a hot outdoor bath and a fire pit.
The Gallery, studio loft
120 m² · 1 room · Sleeps up to 20
A 120 square metre arched studio with a wooden floor, built first as an art gallery: a living room, a big kitchen and a long table, with shared khan-style sleeping on mattresses that guests bring bedding for. Its yard has a fire pit, a mud taboon, an outdoor kitchen and a cold plunge pool in season. It is let to one group at a time.
Three cabins and a loft. Each cabin has an equipped kitchen, a private yard, an outdoor bath and a fire corner; there are no television screens, electric kettles or coffee machines, but a whistling kettle and a moka pot on a live flame.

Guests are asked to call half an hour before arriving; an early check-in or late check-out costs 300 shekels a cabin. Weekends and holidays are two nights at least.
