Farjon is a family boutique winery on a farm in moshav Sde Uziyahu, next to Ashdod; its site says it is named after the family's father and puts its output at about a thousand bottles a year. The list runs to reds from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot and blends of them, from the 2021 to 2024 vintages, a 2025 rosé, a French Colombard and Nitzan's Wine, a white made from red grapes, at 75 to 130 shekels a bottle. Wine is ordered on its site or by WhatsApp and delivered, or collected from the winery in the moshav or in Tel Aviv. A visitor centre is being built, and the site lists what will follow it: walks in the vineyard, a tour of the winery from harvest to bottle and guided tastings with rolls and spreads for groups of up to 20.
