A cocktail bar with sourdough pizzas on Kikar HaNasi, opened in early 2025, that also hosts live shows and parties.
Resek was opened at the start of 2025 by Ella Dagan, who had worked for five years at the pub Ze, and Idan Yitzhak, to give the students who had come back to the city somewhere to escape to, Mako's guide to Sderot of June 2026 says. Beside the cocktails it bakes pizzas 30 or 45 centimetres across on an Italian sourdough base; the one it is known for is the pepperoni pizza, with jalapeño, parmesan and fermented honey. The menu also has panini, bruschettas, a caprese salad, sage and kale chips and vegan and gluten-free pizzas. It hosts live shows and parties with guest DJs. On Wolt, where the family pizza is 36 centimetres and the giant ones are sold only at the bar, it takes orders on Monday to Thursday evenings and on Saturday night.
