Shiloh Winery was founded in 2005 by Dr. Mayer Chomer, and Amichai Lourie, now its chief winemaker and CEO, has made its wines since that year. Its site says the wine presses from biblical times found near Shilo are the root of the modern winery, that its vineyards grow at 650 to 900 metres in the Samarian hills and now cover more than 550 dunams, and that its logo, a bull, is the emblem of the tribe of Joseph. Its labels include Mosaic, Secret Reserve, Amichai, Legend, Shor and Privilege. The visitor centre in Shilo's industrial zone has guided tastings, tours of the winery, a wine shop and rooms for events with a view of the vineyards, open Sunday to Thursday 9:00 to 17:00 and Friday 9:00 to 14:00. Every wine is mehadrin kosher under the Mateh Binyamin religious council and the OU, kosher for Passover and parve, and in the third and sixth years of the Shmita cycle the winery sets wine aside for families in need.

The winery's own kashrut page says every wine carries Mateh Binyamin mehadrin and OU (Orthodox Union) certification, is kosher for Passover and is parve.
