Melody is a coffee cart that, according to its page on Coffee Trail, Matan set up at the entrance to Lake Park, a new park in a new Shoham neighbourhood with a lake, walking paths, fitness equipment, a playground and a dog park. Its flagship is an acai bowl with the texture of a sorbet, topped from the display with seasonal fruit, granola, chia seeds, toasted coconut, chocolate, silan or tahini, and the rest of the menu runs to pizzas, focaccias, toasts in a bagel, sandwiches, salads and coffee. On Fridays there are special sweet and savoury handmade pastries. Matan named the cart for a melody, and the music is part of the visit: playlists of old English songs from the 1970s and 1980s. People can sit at the cart or take their food for a picnic in the park.
