Herzberg Vineyard is the organic vineyard of a family farm at 42 HaGefen Street in Moshav Sitria. By the farm's own account, its grapes go into red and rosé blends made without chemicals or added flavourings, and all its wines are kosher for Passover. Visitors come for a walk in the vineyard, a wine tasting and light refreshments at the farm, on Fridays from 10:00 to 15:00 or by arrangement, and around Passover it holds a holiday sale for residents of the Gezer Regional Council at a special price.
