Elad and Nava Movshovitz's boutique winery in Susya, in the Yatir region of the South Hebron Hills, with a visitor centre for wine tastings, cheese platters and coffee

Drimia was founded in Susya in 2007 by Elad and Nava Movshovitz: its site says Elad grew up in Susya in a farming family among the vineyards, and Nava brought photography and art to it. Its vineyards are in the Yatir region on the edge of the desert, at 800 to 900 metres, where its site says the hard winter cold rests the vine and strong sun, dry air and the gap between day and night temperatures help the grapes ripen, and it makes Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Malbec, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc as well as blends such as its rosé, Sahar and SFAR. It produces about 60,000 bottles a year in two series, a base series and the premium SFAR, and all its wines are kosher mehadrin and kosher for Passover. The visitor centre serves tastings with a cheese platter, crackers, coffee and snacks, with sandwiches and salad on some days; children and dogs are welcome, groups come by appointment, and since December 2025 the winery also hosts small events.
