Finjan Han is a khan for overnight stays and small events in Tekoa D, built by hand from natural local materials facing Nahal Tekoa and the Judean Desert, and run by Eliyahu and Sarai Hevroni. It sleeps families and groups of up to 17 on mattresses, midweek or at weekends, and takes small events of up to 45, mostly by day. It has eco toilets, hot showers, a kosher kitchen equipped for guests who keep Shabbat and for those who do not, low and high seating, a large stone terrace under a shaded pergola, an eco paddling pool, a fire pit and barbecue corner, and a coffee and tea corner, and it sits inside the community near a synagogue that is open on Shabbat. Basket-weaving and handicraft workshops, and a workshop making pitas with an Israeli meal, can be added.
