A neighbourhood café at 114 Ibn Gabirol Street from the Saba Bucke family of Tel Aviv cafés, opened at the end of 2024 and open every day of the week

Cafe Daisy belongs to the Saba Bucke family, named for a founder's grandfather, which began with Bucke at 40 Yehuda HaMaccabi Street and now runs four cafés and a wine bar; its site says there are no branches, only cafés. Daisy opened during the war, at the end of 2024, and the family's site says ten years of running cafés went into it and calls it a quiet neighbourhood café in the heart of a busy junction. Its menus run from breakfast trays with eggs, labneh and roasted vegetables, or a vegan tray with tofu scramble, to sandwiches, salads, hot pasta dishes and smoothie bowls. It opens at 07:00 from Sunday to Friday and at 08:00 on Saturday.
