A cold-pressed juice bar on Dizengoff Street with smoothies, açaí bowls and vegan food, and juice cleanse programmes drawn up by its dietitian

Jusa is a juice bar at 101 Dizengoff Street that makes its juices by cold pressing, extracting fruit and vegetables with cold and hydraulic pressure, a method its site says keeps more of their nutritional value than ordinary squeezing. The juices come in single bottles to take away or to order to a home or an office, alongside açaí and fruit bowls, smoothies made with its own almond and cashew milks, vegan salads, wraps and soups, granola and crackers. For those who want to go further it sells juice cleanse programmes built on blends drawn up by its dietitian. It was started in 2014 by a group of friends, among them the owners of the Tamara chain of natural juices, frozen yogurt and ice cream, and a clinical dietitian. It is open from 07:00 to 21:00 from Sunday to Thursday and until 17:00 on Friday.
