At its centre is the Hub, a shared work space with a kitchen and a bar that serves a boutique breakfast buffet and a rustic Italian menu to guests and visitors, with private work rooms, billiards and games. A café called Shaula 39 stands at the entrance, the Zutt pizzeria is in the hotel, and there are a gym and a spa. Every room has a 55 inch smart television and a work of street art; the queen rooms on the first and second floors measure 17 square metres and take two guests. Its page states that the hotel is not under the rabbinate's supervision.
