A kosher falafel and sabich place on HaAtzmaut Street that steams its pitas and fries two kinds of falafel

Bapita is a falafel and sabich place at 3 HaAtzmaut Street. It fries two kinds of falafel to a gluten-free recipe of its own: the classic yellow ball and a green one of fresh parsley and coriander, and it recommends mixing the two. Its sabich is put together on a plate from baby potatoes, salted and fried aubergine and a brown egg, from ingredients its site says are cooked for ten hours, and then packed into a steamed pita. The menu also has a vegan shawarma, salads and chips. Its site says people come to Tirat Carmel from all over the country to taste its dishes. It is open Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 to 19:00.
