Jonah Vineyard is an ecological winery in Moshav Tzippori, founded by Gal Yona, who turned to wine after a career as a mechanical engineer and earned a certificate in viticulture and winemaking from the University of California, Davis. Its site lists three vineyards around the farm, planted in 2019, 2021 and 2024 and worked by regenerative farming, with Rhône varieties such as Marselan, Carignan, Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Roussanne and Chenin Blanc, and a trial plot of Yael, an ancient local grape identified in archaeological research. Visitors tour the winery and the vines and taste on the wine terrace, with cheeses and dips, for couples and groups of up to ten, while larger groups and private events come by arrangement. On Thursday evenings the cabin becomes a wine bar in the woodland, and the online shop sells its wines, such as the Chenin Blanc 2025 and the Roussanne 2025 at 90 shekels a bottle.

Its home page gives tours and tastings on the wine terrace on Friday from 11:00 to 15:00, visits on Sunday to Thursday by arrangement, and the winery closed on Saturday. Its hosting page says the visitor centre opens on Sunday, Monday, Thursday and Friday from the morning until 15:00, and on Thursday evening from 18:00 to 22:00 as a wine bar.
