Pizza Rom, founded in 1992, has two branches, at 42 Derech Lev HaSharon in Tzoran and in Pardes Hanna-Karkur. Its site says the dough is made on site every day and baked in a brick oven as in Italy, the tomato sauce is seasoned with herbs and spices of its own choosing, and the cheese is a blend of several kinds. Besides pizza trays in several sizes it offers gluten-free and vegan pizzas, malawach baked in the taboon and a Nutella-filled dough for dessert, and it takes its pizza to large events across the country. The Tzoran branch opens from 11:00 to 22:30 from Sunday to Thursday, from 13:00 to 14:30 on Friday, and on Saturday from the end of Shabbat until 22:30.
