15 HaRekhasim Street, Tzur Hadassah

The Tzur Hadassah branch of New Deli, a kosher meat chain of hot sandwiches built to order on rolls baked in the shop, in the commercial centre at 15 HaRekhasim Street.

New Deli opened its first shop in January 2004 on Hillel Street in central Jerusalem, and its branches page now lists 40 branches. Each sandwich starts with a soft roll baked in the shop in front of the customer, spread with the chain's own sauces and filled with fresh vegetables and meat grilled when it is ordered. The menu of its rabbinate-kosher branches runs from teriyaki chicken, marinated chicken breast and crispy schnitzel to sloppy joe, veal shawarma, Philadelphia steak, the house kebab, corned beef and an entrecôte rib burger, with a vegan shawarma, salads, chips, onion rings, wings and pasta bolognese beside them. The Tzur Hadassah branch is at 15 HaRekhasim Street, opens Sunday to Thursday from 11:00 and on Saturday night from 20:45, delivers within a limited area, and takes orders in the chain's app.
