Gaba's is a new coffee cart of moshav Tzur Moshe, on the road to Geulim, named after the grandfather of its owner, Emma: his first grandchild could not say the letter s, so 'Saba' became 'Gaba'. Its page on the Lev HaSharon tourism site says she starts every morning with good coffee and a pastry on the side, matcha and carrot cake these days, and built the cart as a small place in the moshav to stop for good coffee, something sweet and a warm atmosphere. It opens Tuesday to Thursday from 8:00 to 18:00 and Friday from 8:00 to 15:00, and is closed on Saturday.
