The Yarka branch is at the Big Fashion Outlet and opens every day from 08:30 to 22:20. The chain's site says its gelato is made daily in small batches in the traditional Italian way, with less air than ice cream, from cream, fresh milk, Piedmont hazelnuts, real chocolate and fruit and without stabilisers, whey or vegetable oil, and that it offers vegan and sugar-free flavours. The chain's menu also runs to crêpes, cakes, pancake bites, shakes, smoothies and Italian coffee.
