Kimmel BaGilboa is chef Shaul Ben Aderet's restaurant at the Gilboa ski site, at the foot of Mount Gilboa, with the Jezreel Valley spread out below it. Its site says the kitchen works with produce from the area, choice meat, fresh fish and fresh herbs and spices, and speaks of a fine bistro with a breath of Provence.
