Yotvata Inn is the stop of Kibbutz Yotvata on the road through the Arava, across the road from the Yotvata dairy, with 300 seats in an air-conditioned hall and 150 more under a covered terrace. Its meat kitchen serves a hot buffet of meat dishes, hot sides and a salad bar, and its dairy bar, the Choco-Bar, serves sandwiches, toasts, pastries, salads and breakfast to take on the road. The gelato is made every morning in a production room inside the inn from the dairy's milk and cream, without preservatives or eggs, in more than a hundred flavours, among them date yoghurt and pistachio with no added sugar, and the inn pours its own Yotvata milk drinks such as the six-layer Morgana. A convenience store sells the dairy's products and snacks, and a gift shop sells Arava dates, silan, honey and the caper jam of a kibbutz member, with Yotvata Park, a play area facing the mountains of Edom, beside it. Its site says all its meals are kosher under the chief rabbinate of Eilat.

On the first and second days of Sukkot 2026 it opened from 07:00 to 13:00.
