A village bakery in Yuvalim, in the Misgav hills, baking natural sourdough breads and pastries by hand, open Tuesday to Friday

Kikar HaKfar is a local village bakery in Yuvalim that specialises in breads and pastries made on a natural sourdough starter, baked by hand from fresh ingredients, local where it can. Its ordering page lists sourdough loaves, sourdough pastries, tin loaves, a weekend selection, a small deli corner, coffee and gluten-free baking, and before holidays it takes orders delivered on the eve of the holiday. Orders can be collected at the bakery on its working days or delivered in Yuvalim and the area, Yas'ur and Tzivon. On Thursdays it also sells at the weekly farmers' market in Ya'ad and Shekhanya. The bakery stocks the work of local makers too: hand-carved wooden spoons, ceramics, and an exhibition by a Yuvalim artist who turns its used baking paper into pictures.
