A café beside its own coffee roastery in Zarzir's industrial zone, pouring the blends it roasts every day with sandwiches made to order

Fresco is a coffee roastery at 5 HaTa'asiya Street in Zarzir's industrial zone, with a café and a shop beside the roasting plant. Its website says the roasting is done there every day and that the café serves only Fresco's own blends, in a room that looks out over the Tzippori stream in the Jezreel Valley. The menu boards run from espresso, cold brew, sahlab and hot cider with wine to sandwiches made to order on sourdough rolls, such as pear with goat's cheese and walnuts or smoked salmon with avocado. The shop sells its roasted beans and ground coffee, monthly coffee subscriptions, gift boxes and coffee gear, and the roastery takes groups on guided visits by arrangement, at 35 shekels a person for groups of nine or more. The café is open Sunday to Thursday from 08:00 to 15:00 and on Friday until 14:00.
