A plant nursery in Moshav Zimrat with a dairy café at its centre, about 200 metres from a collection of ancient olive trees

Derech HaZait, the Olive Way, is a plant nursery at farm 45 in Moshav Zimrat in the western Negev. Its entry in the regional council's business index lists designed planters, house and garden plants, flowers, ornamental trees, fruit trees and a choice of olive trees. At the centre of the nursery is a dairy café, kosher by the entry's account, with a varied menu, hot and cold drinks, desserts and light dishes. By the same entry, about 200 metres from the nursery stands a rare collection of olive trees thousands of years old, some of them more than two thousand. The nursery is open from Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 to 17:00, and on Friday from 8:30 to 13:30.
