Pinat Ochel is a country home-style restaurant on Kibbutz Ami'ad, with a kosher kitchen given over to Israeli food: meats, poultry, fish and many kinds of salad, on a menu its site says changes every day, ordered à la carte or from the business menu. Its site says it began in the Khan shopping centre in Rosh Pina and now seats groups, families and diners on their own, up to 300 at a time, and that its kitchen also cooks whole meals for guest houses and events. On Fridays and holidays it sells food to take home or have delivered, by weight: chicken in silan or mustard and honey, goose in orange, beef roast in mushrooms and wine, stuffed vegetables, spicy St Peter's fish, kubbeh and about 20 salads. Groups book ahead by phone, and its group menu of soup, eight salads, four sides, four meats, soft drinks, coffee and cake costs 65 shekels a person.
