Hamiel Zimmers in the Forest is a forest estate in Amirim, beside the nature reserve, with three units set well apart from one another: Behind the Forest, a wooden cabin on the highest level looking out over the Galilee hills; The Terrace, a suite in an antique-modern style with panoramic windows and a private spa; and the House among the Pines, a large villa in a clearing with a gallery floor, a big covered jacuzzi and a wood fireplace. Guests have a spa area in the woodland with a dry sauna and a hot tub, every suite has a wood stove, and wine, fruit, chocolates and hot drinks are included; breakfast can be arranged at extra cost. The Hamiel family has grown olives organically in Amirim for decades, picking them by hand and pressing them cold, and offers its own olive oils and olives of the Souri, Barnea, Picholine, Nabali and Kalamata varieties.

Guests have a spa area in the woodland with a dry sauna and a hot tub, and every suite has a wood stove; wine, milk, hot drinks, seasonal fruit, biscuits, chocolates, robes, towels, toiletries and candles are included.
