By its own account, Shipudei Zipora has served quality meat in Bat Yam for more than 35 years. Skewers are the heart of the menu, cooked on a charcoal grill: turkey shishlik, chicken thighs, chicken hearts and liver, kebab, goose liver and entrecôte, beside fresh salads made every day, hummus and pitas it bakes by hand. Its site says it is a kosher meat restaurant suited to families and groups, in its dining room or by delivery and pickup around Bat Yam. It opens Sunday to Thursday from 11:00, and on Saturday night half an hour after Shabbat ends.
