A French-style patisserie in the HaBlock complex in Shchuna Dalet, opened in 2022 by the owners of Oh La La next door, with display desserts, croissants, cakes and sourdough bread, kosher and dairy
Tres Jolie is the patisserie of the owners of Oh La La, the café, deli and wine bar beside it in HaBlock, the shops of a housing project in Shchuna Dalet. mynet's Beer Sheva site reported in August 2021 that they had signed for about 150 square metres next to the café, and the patisserie opened in 2022 with pastry chef and chocolatier Moran Tabib-Zada, who had spent seven and a half years as pastry chef at the Kampai group's KEPASA and Kampai. Its kitchen was built open to the street, she told b7net in May 2023, when she represented Beer Sheva on Channel 12's The Perfect Dessert. Israel Hayom wrote in February 2025 that she has since moved on and that the pastries and display desserts are now in the hands of Gili Ma, a Beer Sheva pastry chef trained at Estella and Bishulim who has worked with Shaul Ben Aderet and Segev Moshe, and who changes the desserts with the seasons; the paper advised asking her to choose. ynet described a classic room in the style of Europe's patisseries in 2022, and mako, which reported that July that the labneh, olive oil and lemon tart had become the star of the place, put it on its list of Beer Sheva's most recommended places that September. The counter holds display desserts such as lemon and yuzu tart, Basque cheesecake and tiramisu, with croissants, cookies, loaf cakes, whole cakes and sourdough loaves, and mako reported in 2022 that it also makes Oh La La's desserts and pastries. It sells through Wolt for delivery and collection, with hosting platters ordered two days ahead. In July 2025 mako named Tres Jolie among Beer Sheva's beloved institutions. It is kosher and dairy, and closed on Saturday.
